    You simply need to secure your spot during Black Friday. The CSA team can adjust your start date provided no benefits have been used.

  • Yes — if you sign up online for a membership or series, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, provided no services or discounts have been used.

  • Membership treatments operate on a “use-it-or-lose-it” basis.
    Beauty course packs and skin series must also be used within the timeframe listed.

  • There are no cancellations or refunds for Corrective Skin Series or Beauty Packages.

    Skin Health Memberships cannot be cancelled within the first 3 months.After that period, a 4-week notice is required.

  • Yes — memberships can be frozen for 2–8 weeks per year. Benefits cease during freeze.
    Skin series and beauty courses cannot be paused or frozen.

  • Results vary depending on homecare, lifestyle, internal factors, and treatment consistency. We provide a personalised plan to support your goals, but no results can be guaranteed.

Terms & Conditions

  • • Offers valid from Fri 22 – Mon 25 November 2025 only.
    • Spots are limited and may close early once filled.
    • All purchases must be made during the Black Friday period to access 2025 pricing.
    • No rain-checks, extensions, or backdating will be applied.

  • • 12-month minimum term.
    • No cancellations within the first 3 months.
    • After 3 months, cancellations require 4 weeks' notice.
    • Weekly payments are automatic and must remain up to date.
    • Memberships are non-transferable.
    • Rollover is "use it or lose it" — unused treatments expire 4 weeks after the membership end date.
    • Memberships may be frozen 2–8 weeks per calendar year with written notice.
    • Cooling-off period applies only if no services/discounts have been used.

  • • Includes 6 treatments within 6 consecutive weeks.
    • Weekly, fortnightly, or upfront payment options available.
    • Payment plans must continue regardless of attendance.
    • No freezing or pausing.
    • Non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law.
    • Results vary depending on skin health, aftercare, lifestyle, and internal factors.
    • Must be used for corrective treatments as outlined — cannot be swapped.

  • • 6 sessions in total — client pays for 5.
    • Valid for 4-week (brows) or 8-week (lash/lamination) cycles.
    • Must be used within the listed timeframe.
    • Prepaid upfront and non-refundable.
    • Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other treatments.
    • “Use it or lose it” applies — no extensions or credits issued.
    • All services must be used by the purchasing client unless otherwise approved (gifted).

  • • All Black Friday purchases are final.
    • No refunds for change of mind.
    • Refunds only provided as required by Australian Consumer Law.
    • Services hold no cash value and cannot be converted or partially refunded.

  • • Appointment availability varies and is not guaranteed without pre-booking.
    • 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
    • Missed or late-cancelled appointments will be forfeited.

  • • All offers governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
