Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash. If your voucher is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to honour lost or stolen vouchers without proof of purchase.

If an appointment booked using a gift voucher is cancelled within 48 hours, 30% of the voucher value will be forfeited. If an appointment is missed with no notice, 50% of the voucher value will be forfeited.

A 30% deposit is required to secure all treatment bookings, exclusive of Cosmetic Aesthetics in which is a $50 deposit. For skin consultations, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable, however they may be transferred to a future appointment if sufficient notice is provided within the cancellation policy timeframe. Deposits can also be credited toward future treatments or product purchases. All payments are processed securely at the time of booking.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes change. As a small clinic, however, late cancellations and reschedules can significantly impact our schedule and other clients waiting for appointments.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. To help with this, we send reminders via email (4 days prior) and SMS (3 days prior) to your scheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the loss of the booking deposit, which is 30% of the treatment cost.

No-show appointments will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost.

If you arrive late to your appointment, we may need to shorten your treatment time to avoid impacting the next client. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment entirely. Please note that the full treatment fee will still apply, as your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings.

All treatments offered at Curated Skin Aesthetics are designed to support and improve the appearance and overall health of the skin. However, individual responses to treatment can vary depending on factors such as skin condition, medical history, lifestyle, and adherence to recommended home-care.

While we aim to achieve the best possible outcomes for every client, results cannot be guaranteed, and multiple treatments or ongoing care may be required to achieve optimal improvements. During your consultation, your clinician will discuss realistic expectations, treatment timelines, and the recommended pathway to support your skin goals.

To ensure the safest and most effective treatment outcomes, clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, medications, skincare use, and any changes in health.

Clients must also follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided via email. Failure to follow recommended guidance may affect treatment results and recovery. Curated Skin Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for complications or unsatisfactory outcomes where aftercare instructions have not been followed.

Certain cosmetic treatments offered at Curated Skin Aesthetics are performed by a qualified Registered Nurse operating in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements. These treatments require a separate consultation and informed consent process prior to any procedure being performed.

All cosmetic treatment recommendations and communications comply with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) guidelines. Treatment suitability is assessed on an individual basis and cannot be confirmed without prior consultation. Curated Skin Aesthetics reserves the right to decline cosmetic treatments where they are not considered clinically appropriate.

Naturopathic consultations and services at Curated Skin Aesthetics are provided by an independent practitioner operating within the clinic under their own professional registration and scope of practice.

Naturopathic appointments are subject to separate intake, consent, and health information collection processes governed by the practitioner’s own professional and legal obligations. Curated Skin Aesthetics is not liable for the advice, recommendations, or outcomes of naturopathic consultations. Any concerns relating to naturopathic services should be directed to the practitioner directly.

If you experience an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use immediately and contact us as soon as possible. Please include a photo of the reaction when emailing info@curatedskinaesthetics.com.

Refunds or credits for suspected allergic reactions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will only be considered where the product is less than 20% used and the reaction has been reported within seven days of first use.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us with a photo of the product and we will arrange a credit note or replacement where appropriate. Prepaid treatments and gift vouchers are non-refundable.

If a return is approved, we will confirm whether return postage will be covered or required prior to the item being sent back.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and we fully support women and families. There may occasionally be times when children need to accompany you to your appointment.

However, for safety reasons and to maintain a calm treatment environment, we kindly ask that clients attend appointments unaccompanied wherever possible. If a child does attend your appointment, they must remain under the full supervision and responsibility of the parent or guardian at all times, as our treatment rooms contain clinical equipment and products that may not be safe for unattended children.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. Please do not dispose of the item until we have reviewed the claim.

Clinical photographs may be taken before and throughout your treatment journey to ensure accurate monitoring of your skin’s progress and response to treatment. These images form part of your confidential clinical record and allow your clinician to carefully assess changes in the skin over time.

No photographs will be taken or used for marketing, educational, or social media purposes without your written consent.

Curated Skin Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment where it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the client’s best interest. We are committed to maintaining a respectful, professional, and safe environment for both clients and staff.

All treatments begin with a consultation and skin assessment to determine suitability. In some cases, treatment may be postponed or declined if it is not considered appropriate for your skin at that time. Our clinicians prioritise the health and integrity of the skin, and recommendations are made based on clinical judgement and individual skin needs.

Following your consultation, you will receive a personalised skincare plan via email, including recommended product steps and individual guidance for use. Clients are responsible for carefully reading all product instructions and storing products according to the directions provided on the packaging.

Proper use and storage of professional skincare is essential to ensure product stability, safety, and optimal results.

If you choose to purchase professional skincare without a consultation, please note that we are unable to offer refunds or credits unless otherwise deemed appropriate. Professional skincare should ideally be recommended based on a clinical skin assessment to ensure suitability.

Curated Skin Aesthetics offers structured prepaid treatment plans designed to support progressive, consistent skin improvement over a defined period.

Payment & Commitment

Treatment plans are paid in full or by agreed instalment at the time of commencement. By purchasing a treatment plan, you agree to the full payment terms outlined at the time of sale.

Validity & Expiry

All treatment plans must be completed within twelve months of the purchase date. Treatments not used within this period will be forfeited. Extensions may be granted at the clinic’s discretion in the case of medical circumstances with supporting documentation.

Cancellation & Refunds

Treatment plans are non-refundable once commenced. If you wish to discontinue a plan before completion, remaining treatments may be credited toward alternative treatments or retail products at the clinic’s discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.

Transferability

Treatment plans are non-transferable and are issued to the purchasing client only.

Clinical Adjustments

If your treating clinician determines that a change to your planned treatments is clinically necessary, your plan may be adjusted accordingly. Any such changes will be discussed with you in advance and documented in your clinical record.

All bookings within a treatment plan are subject to the clinic’s standard appointment and cancellation policy. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel any appointment.
