    Meet with Ella or Tee for a comprehensive 45-minute skin consultation, followed by a personalised 30-minute treatment selected to suit your skin’s needs. You’ll leave with a clear plan for your treatments and home care, taking the guesswork out of getting started.

    Ready to continue your care?
    At your appointment, you can put your full $149 towards a four-treatment course. Pay an additional $727 for four 45-minute treatments or $847 for four 60-minute treatments, making your initial consultation and express treatment complimentary—$259 in additional care.

    $149 first visit
    Includes a 45-minute consultation and a personalised 30-minute treatment, valued at $259. Allow 75 minutes. Full payment is required when booking. Limited to 10 paid bookings. Your appointment must take place by 31 January 2027.

    The $50 skincare saving requires a minimum spend of $200 before discount and is available in clinic at your first appointment only. Not available online or in conjunction with other retail discounts.

    Four-treatment courses
    Prepay $876 for four 45-minute treatments or $996 for four 60-minute treatments and receive a complimentary consultation and 30-minute express treatment, valued at $259. Five visits in total. Limited to five direct course purchases across both options. Full payment is required upfront. Our team will contact you to arrange your appointments.

    Your complimentary first visit must take place by 31 January 2027. All five visits must be completed within six calendar months of the course purchase date.

    Same-day course upgrades
    Clients attending the $149 offer may credit their full payment towards a course at their first appointment. The remaining payment is $727 for four 45-minute treatments or $847 for four 60-minute treatments. Your completed first visit becomes the complimentary consultation and express treatment; no additional complimentary first visit is included. The four remaining treatments must be completed within six calendar months of upgrade purchase. Your first-visit skincare benefit remains available.

    Treatments are personalised following consultation and are subject to suitability. Our standard 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.

    Our 12-month memberships take the guesswork out of your skin journey, with regular treatments, expert guidance and skincare savings throughout the year.

    Join between 17–30 November and receive:

    • Seasonal: 20% off one skincare purchase (normally 10%).

    • Bi-monthly: 25% off one skincare purchase (normally 15).

    • Monthly: 30% off one skincare purchase (normally 20%).

    • Every tier: your choice of an LED or alginate mask treatment enhancer to your next treatment (valid until Mar 31st 2027)

    Already a member? You’re included, too. Enjoy the same Black Friday extras without extending your current commitment.

    These extras sit alongside your usual membership benefits: a birthday treatment upgrade, two, three or four complimentary skin views and check-ins, and a $100 skin needling upgrade for bi-monthly and monthly members.

  • Membership Promotion — Terms & Conditions

    Black Friday membership extras are available from 17–30 November 2026 to eligible existing members and clients joining during this period. Limited to 20 new memberships.

    New memberships require a 12-month commitment with weekly payments. Existing members do not need to extend their current commitment to receive the promotional benefits.

    One-time skincare savings

    • Seasonal members: 20% off

    • Bi-monthly members: 25% off

    • Monthly members: 30% off

    The promotional discount applies to one skincare purchase per member between 17–30 November 2026, made in clinic through Phorest. It is not available through our online shop.

    This discount replaces your usual membership skincare discount for that purchase and cannot be combined with other discounts. Please advise our team of your membership before payment so we can confirm the correct membership category is applied.

    Complimentary treatment enhancer

    Eligible members receive one complimentary LED or alginate mask treatment enhancer, subject to suitability.

    The enhancer adds 15 minutes to an existing treatment appointment and must be arranged with our team. It cannot be booked online or redeemed as a standalone appointment.

    The appointment must take place by 31 March 2027, subject to availability. Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, forfeits the complimentary enhancer. It cannot be exchanged for cash, products or another benefit.

    Ongoing membership benefits

    Your usual birthday treatment upgrade, two, three or four complimentary Skin Views and check-ins according to your tier, and the $100 skin needling upgrade for bi-monthly and monthly members remain subject to your membership agreement.

    Completion gifts are not included in the new ongoing membership offer. Any completion gift previously promised under an existing agreement will be honoured.

    Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Gift vouchers · 27 November only

    Purchase a gift voucher for someone else and receive a complimentary service voucher of the same value for yourself.

    Give $200, receive $200. A thoughtful gift for them—and something lovely for you, too.

    How it works:

    1. Purchase your gift voucher online on 27 November.

    2. Select “Someone else” and enter your gift recipient’s name.

    3. Enter your own name and email in the sender details so we can send your matching bonus voucher to you.

    We’ll manually create and email your complimentary voucher on 28 November.

    Your purchased gift voucher follows our normal gift voucher conditions. Your complimentary voucher is for your own use on services with any team member, across one or multiple appointments, between 1 January and 31 March 2027. Its full balance must be redeemed by 31 March.

    Bonus vouchers cannot be used for products, membership payments, prepaid courses, other promotions or further gift vouchers. Our 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Full terms and conditions apply.

  • Matched Gift Vouchers — Terms & Conditions

    Available for eligible online gift voucher purchases made on 27 November 2026 only, between 12:00 am and 11:59 pm Melbourne time.

    How to qualify

    Purchase a gift voucher for someone else and receive a complimentary service voucher of the same value for yourself.

    Select “Someone else” at checkout and enter the gift recipient’s name. Include your own name and email address in the sender details so we can send your bonus voucher to you.

    Bonus vouchers will be created manually and emailed to the purchaser’s sender email address on 28 November 2026.

    Purchased gift voucher

    The original paid voucher follows our normal gift voucher conditions and the expiry displayed on that voucher. The bonus voucher’s service restrictions and March redemption deadline do not apply to the original paid voucher.

    Complimentary bonus voucher

    Your bonus voucher:

    • Is for your own use and is non-transferable.

    • Can be used towards services with any team member.

    • Can be redeemed across multiple appointments.

    • Must be redeemed in full for appointments taking place between 1 January and 31 March 2027.

    • Cannot be used for products, membership payments, prepaid treatment courses, other promotions or further gift vouchers.

    • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

    Booking before the deadline does not extend the redemption period. Any unused bonus balance expires after 31 March 2027.

    Cancellations and rescheduling

    Our standard 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies. Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice incurs a fee of 50% of the booked treatment cost.

    This fee may be deducted from your voucher balance, with any shortfall payable separately. Any remaining voucher balance retains its original expiry date.

    Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
